GlobalConnect Shortcuts
"My Shortcuts" appear on the right side of the GlobalConnect home page. Your top 15 applications will appear in the shortcut panel. To add/delete shortcuts from the panel, click on the App Center link from the gray tool bar at the top of the GlobalConnect webpage. To add an app to your shortcuts bar, click on the app in the App Center page, then click the "Add to My Shortcuts" button. To delete an app from the shortcuts panel, access the App Center page and click the "Delete from My Shortcuts" button.
Common apps for Service Personnel and Warranty Administrators include: Consultant Dashboard, GWM, IVH, SI, Dealer Aftersales Empowerment, Service Policy and Procedures Manual. Additional apps can be added to best suit your needs at the store.
