Sounds like a dollar amount for PDI fluid adds (washer fluid, for example) vs the auto paid PDI amount. I imagine that you are only claiming fluid adds when your technician has them documented on the job card as being added at time of PDI, as per policy....

all fluids do need to be billed on the job card and submitted on labor op 0590052 in net item and the includes DEF fluid added when the vehicle is sold.....hope this helps you !!

i have used up to 2 gallons of DEF fluid which was about 27 dollars and some change with no problem!!
