Sounds like a dollar amount for PDI fluid adds (washer fluid, for example) vs the auto paid PDI amount. I imagine that you are only claiming fluid adds when your technician has them documented on the job card as being added at time of PDI, as per policy....

WE HAVE NEVER HAD TO ADD THESE TO OU SRX, LTG DOES NOT SHOW ON LPO FOR VQQ. WHAT IS YOUR VIN & DOES VIS SHOW ROOF RAILS AS A DEALER INSTALLED ITEM?

Claim memo 062 PDI's also overpayed today, so called DBC again and they did say that they are aware of the situation and the PDI's will be debited back. At least they had a definitive answer this time!

You can get paid PDI fluid adds with labor op Z6999 Type I and the total in net items. Need to add a line because it has to be separate from the PDI. With a 2010 Camero you need to put the part number of the oil in the story and H route the claim to your...
