Same here. ZREG if vehicle under warranty ZPTI only if out of warranty. I think if you try to submit ZPTI while vehicle under reg. warranty it rejects. Seem to remember we had a Buick with the longer warranty and didn't catch it at first and ran as ZPTI...

IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT YOU CAN PUT BOTH PARTS ON THE SAME RO IF ONE IS CUSTOMER PAY AND THE OTHER IS A PARTS WARRANTY. IF THE FIRST ONE WAS WARRANTY YOU WOULD NEED TO OPEN A SECOND RO FOR THE PARTS WARRANTY. ALSO I BELIEVE THAT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY...

GM will not pay for the tech's time. It's up to the dealership on how the tech time is dealt with since AC Delco won't pay it either. We haven't come up with any good solution and I think usually just internal the time. Customer's kept happy this way, ...

GM will not pay for the tech's time. It's up to the dealership on how the tech time is dealt with since AC Delco won't pay it either. We haven't come up with any good solution and I think usually just internal the time. Customer's kept happy this way, ...

We don't see a bunch of these, so when we close them out, we pay our techician .5 for diag & battery install under service policy (internal-service department \"eats\" it). The tech gets paid by us.
