Same here. ZREG if vehicle under warranty ZPTI only if out of warranty. I think if you try to submit ZPTI while vehicle under reg. warranty it rejects. Seem to remember we had a Buick with the longer warranty and didn't catch it at first and ran as ZPTI...

IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT YOU CAN PUT BOTH PARTS ON THE SAME RO IF ONE IS CUSTOMER PAY AND THE OTHER IS A PARTS WARRANTY. IF THE FIRST ONE WAS WARRANTY YOU WOULD NEED TO OPEN A SECOND RO FOR THE PARTS WARRANTY. ALSO I BELIEVE THAT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY...
