Stop Delivery

The Required Field Actions section of IVH provides specific documentation for vehicles that are involved in upcoming recalls with a Stop Delivery notice. The Service Consultant Dashboard also provides indication of the Stop Delivery Order in the Alerts & Action Items field.

Additionally, the recall number is prefaced by "SD" - Stop Delivery.
