Q: I do not have a username or password to login with, how do I get them?
A: New Customers: If you are a new customer, you should have received an invitation email from jlwarranty with a link to the registration page. Once there, you will create your own username and password. If you never received the email, call jlwarranty for assistance.
Current Customers: If your dealership is already a paid subscriber but you do not have a username/password, call jlwarranty at 800.852.6298 to receive an invitation email again. Once you have the invitation link, fill out the registration form and you should be good to go. If you have any questions or problems, call jlwarranty.
Q: I forgot my username, what do I do?
A: First step… guess. If you get it wrong, a link will appear guiding you to the "I Forgot My Username" page. Once there, fill out the form and an email will be sent to the address on record with your username. If you have any problems, call jlwarranty.

Q: Is there a specific format to use for the username and password?
A: The username you create must be at least 4 characters long and is not case sensitive. You can choose any username that you want, as long as someone else hasn't already chosen it. The password you create is case sensitive. Passwords have to be at least 6 characters long, and it is recommended to have a mix of letters and numbers. Basically, you want something secure enough that someone won't guess it, but not so hard that you forget it.
Q: How do I change my username?
A: We handle this on a case by case basis. If you need your username changed, call jlwarranty.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: Once you login, go to the "My Account" page under "Main" in the menu. Click "Edit Account Information", input your old password and then the new password in the appropriate fields within the form.
Q: Can I share my username and password with others within my dealership?
A: No. However there is good news; everyone within your dealership can have their own username! This is nice because it allows each person to have their own quiz scores, forum posts, and any new features that we add along the way. Why should you suffer just because the first person who took the quiz this month got a D?
