New Cadillac CPO Limited Warranty

NEW CPO Warranty for vehicles delivered on or after March 1st, 2017.

Cadillac has made changes to the Certified Pre-Owned warranty program that applies to vehicles sold on or after March 1st, 2017. This enhanced CPO warranty puts Cadillac on par with other luxury manufacturers.

The transferable warranty covers the vehicle for 6 years from the original in-service date or 100,000 total vehicle miles, whichever comes first. There is a $50 deductible per service visit when the CPO warranty is in effect. This new warranty offers 30,000 miles more coverage than the previous Certified Pre-Owned warranty; however, the warranty is not bumper-to-bumper. The Cadillac Pre-Owned Operations Guide, dated March 2017, found in GlobalConnect in the Dealership Policies, Procedures and Manuals Quicklinks section, contains a chart within Appendix A that outlines what is and what is not covered.

The Cadillac Certified Pre-Owned warranty that ended February 28th, 2017, offered bumper-to-bumper coverage for 6 years or 70,000. This warranty is identified in the applicable warranty section of IVH as Cadillac CPO B2B Warranty. The new warranty is reflected in IVH as Cadillac CPO Limited Warranty.
