New Labor Rate in January 2017

For those dealers enrolled in the Option C Labor Rate, the new rate will go into effect on Sunday, January 1, 2017. Confirm that your DSP reflects your new rate for transactions written after the first of the New Year. The increase reflects the total 12 month CPI rate, December 2015, through November 2016. The current CPI adjustment rate is at approximately 1.05% through September 2016 data. The amount could increase or decrease slightly based on October-November results, although GM guarantees a 2.5% increase. Dealers may view their warranty labor rate in GWM under the "View Service Agent Profile" link and select the "Labor Rates" option.
