If a dealership can't send their staff to our warranty seminars, we come to them. Warranty training is performed at the dealership, using the dealership's computer system and their warranty claims. We also look at other areas in the dealership that affect warranty (service write-up, parts department, etc.).
Our warranty claims specialists can also provide a repair order review for dealerships. But, instead of charging back the dealership, we show them how to avoid chargebacks they could have received in an actual audit. We also point out all areas of missed warranty revenue.
