What if my claims get lost in the mail?
Your repair orders are safe with us, we only use couriers with tracking systems.

Will I be able to pay my technicians if my claims are not at the dealership?
Our turnaround time is extremely fast. We will process your claims immediately and ship them back to the dealership. Also, we can fax or email your technician's time on a specific day or before payroll.

Can I do in-house processing for less?
If you add a warranty administrator's wages and benefits for one year, it is highly unlikely that doing your warranty in-house is more cost-effective than our service.
