Our goal is to bring the entire team up to speed on the importance of proper warranty claims documentation and submission to ensure that warranty claims are being created and administered the right way.
- We will strive to capture interest, educate to an advanced level, and motivate dealership personnel to implement what has been learned.
- We will work with your technicians to teach them proper warranty documentation and procedures to assure that your warranty claims are properly documented.
- We will protect your dealership from potential chargebacks by ensuring warranty claims are submitted according to factory policies & procedures.
- Lower areas of high warranty expense by developing a strategy based on the dealer's Dealer Analysis Report.
- Target areas of missed revenue on warranty claims.
- Increase cash flow by minimizing aged receivables.
- Eliminate chargebacks by improving part scrapping procedures and parts returns to the Warranty Parts Center.
