Ask yourself the following questions:
- Is my warranty department operating the best it can?
- Would I like a full written report on the condition of my warranty claims processes?
- Do my service consultants understand warranty?
- Was my warranty administrator self taught?
- Is my warranty receivables schedule current? If it is, am I confident I'm claiming all I am entitled to?
- If I found out I will be audited tomorrow, am I prepared?
- When was the last time someone other than my District Manager reviewed my warranty claims?
