Ask yourself the following questions:

  1. Is my warranty department operating the best it can?
  2. Would I like a full written report on the condition of my warranty claims processes?
  3. Do my service consultants understand warranty?
  4. Was my warranty administrator self taught?
  5. Is my warranty receivables schedule current? If it is, am I confident I'm claiming all I am entitled to?
  6. If I found out I will be audited tomorrow, am I prepared?
  7. When was the last time someone other than my District Manager reviewed my warranty claims?
