of paid claims. If you don't get paid for a claim, neither do we.
Q - How
do I tell if my warranty receivables are at an acceptable level?
A - Try our Warranty
Receivables Report Card, it will provide you with an estimation
of your current warranty receivables status. Simply
put, however, you should really be concerned with any claim
over 30 days.
Q - I don't have the time or knowledge to
keep up with our warranty, even if you clean up my receivables.
How can I stay current?
A - You could completely outsource the responsibility

doesn't like the idea of sending claims out of our store. How
can I reassure him/her?
A - We understand those concerns.
That is why we recommend shipping via UPS,
DHL, FedEx,
and/or take advantage of our R.O. scanning option. Either way,
your claims are completely safe with us.

old claims are a mess. I don't know what to send you or if we
can even find everything you need.
A - Don't worry; we
have been working on warranty claims for many years. Once you
send us your claims, we will tell you exactly what else we need
to get your claims paid.
