J&L would like to express our appreciation for all of the feedback we received from our recent subscriber survey! The results reaffirm that we are on track and focused on "Making Warranty Work for You!" Following are some of the results of the Warranty Administration Program survey:

As the warranty administrator, I am able to look at the program monthly and see the items in which we are lacking. I feel the program is beneficial to all those who take advantage of it!
