Every year on October 1, dealers receive an Automatic Labor Rate
Increase (ALRI). The increase is based on the change in the
National Consumer Price Index as reported by the Bureau of Labor
Statistics for the previous twelve month period ending July.
Look for the notification of your ALRI on DealerCONNECT within the email portal. The notification provides dealers with their new labor rate.
After confirming your new effective labor rate, be sure to update the labor tables within your in-house business system. This is a crucial step! Not updating your business system can cause untold miscalculations and errors with warranty repair orders and the receivable schedule.
