Chrysler warranty claims processing

A high volume dealer in the southern United States contacted us for assistance with an impending warranty audit. Unfortunately, the dealer had multiple issues with technician documentation and time punching, with little or no service management authorization. We were able to provide little support for an appeal.

Over the next several months of providing the dealer with assistance throughout the audit process, we ultimately were able to slightly reduce the chargeback total.

At the conclusion of the audit, the dealership approached J&L Warranty Pros with an opportunity to provide warranty claims processing. For the past 2 and a ½ years J&L has been successfully processing the dealers warranty claims. Working together we have educated the service department on policy issues that were lacking, such as the three C’s, time punching, sublet repairs and service management authorizations.

J&L Warranty Pros and the dealership have a mutually satisfying relationship. We are able to provide the store with our warranty expertise to reduce the potential for out of line situations that have the potential to target the store for an audit.
