Chrysler in-dealership warranty consulting/training

A dealer with multiple warranty and policy related issues approached J&L's warranty trainer at a Warranty Management Workshop requesting additional assistance on their enormous warranty receivable schedule.

As a rule during each workshop, time is allotted for the review of the participant’s schedules, POPPS reports and rejected/problem claims. The warranty administrator at the dealer in question, felt as though he was in way over his head-one week he was the booker and the next week he became the booker and the warranty administrator.

Looking at the 60+ page schedule it was easy to see why he was in over his head. He walked into a position that had not been properly managed, for quite a while.

It was decided that J&L Warranty Pros would assist the store with cleaning up the warranty receivable schedule, and processing old and current work until the warranty administrator was trained.

Over the next several months, J&L Warranty Pros was able to clean the schedule up, leaving only current work outstanding and train the new person how to manage the daily tasks of a warranty administrator.

The relationship developed with the dealership has thrived over the years, the warranty administrator still holds the position, and continues to enjoy his role at the store. We still continue to hear from the dealership on occasion, for a concern or problem claim, but also with the continued success of the schedule!
